(4) arrangement job

(5) finishing the job and making invoice

(6) test driving

(7) job feed back

To those former customer or good customer,  if they trust you, you do the job control is easier, the customer brought the car and repaired and paid the bill and the customer picked up the vehilcle.

However, if the customer is new, he/she is always feeling negative to you, the first steps is attractive to the customer, let them believing you.

The part order is a big knowledge, same part for the different parts supplier is different.
Even the brand is same, the prices are multiply, The parts order is concern to the cost control. the part order is art.

when you should buy second hand parts.
when you should buy genuine parts.
when you should buy after market parts.
when you should go to junk yaurd to pick a part.

From the part supply you will sense the vehicle manufacture character.
you will know:
why the japan vehilce is so popular.
why the toyota is the world number 1 vehicle manufacture.

arrangement job:

for example when the customer sent the vehilce to workshop, some time you can not start the job until you find the parts, for example changing transmission for the hond  fit CVR before 2004.

Job feed back:

many time happened, the job did not do properly the problem came back, the problem did not solve, the problem is solved, but another came from.

when this happened what will you do?

The pump for the window screen cleaning is misfuntion to those vehilce older than 15 years, at this case you are better going to junk yard picking a part, second hand from the part supplier is around 60 bucks, in the junk yard is around 15 bucks.
