1 running the business

2 talking with parts supply

3 make a arrangement for the job

4 order for the parts

5 writing the job card

6 push the machenical for the job

7 recommand the customer to accept the price

8 encourage/joke/laugh with staff

9 communiction with the customer

this is important you need every customer's name even their family. talking customer with the news, weather, sports. let them feel you are their friend.

10 traction with the bill

some customer said I will pay next, some of them paid, some of them delay. some of them disapear.

how to get money it is a big project.

11 doing shit job making the customer crazy

how to calm down the customer.

if you would like to be a boss for small workshop, you will be

manager, machenic, person pick a part, receiption, account, person wash a car,taxt driver to deliver or pick up customer, road rescue,etc.

one of important thing:

you should always friend to your customer except those did not want to pay the bill.

If you did not have this ability did not try to be a small work shop boss.

Making your customer happy and enjoy to pay the bill.
